The new state legislature districts were thrown out by the state supreme court, causing a reversion to the old Census-2000 maps. Is Pennsylvania liable in some way for getting this wrong? Is there any way to force through an equitable solution quickly? People will be under increasingly inaccurate representation for up to two more years.
